When deploying the WebLogic .ear file, if the change activation
fails with a timeout error, you can increase or disable the
Activation Timeout.

On the
Administration Console, to return to the
Home Page, click
Home.

On the
Home Page, under
Helpful Tools, click
Set your console preferences.

Under
Change Center Preferences, find the
Activation Timeout field.

Either increase the timeout value or, to disable the timeout, set
the value to
-1.
