To select value ranges, you select the type of range, then select
the range value or values.
Selecting a numeric range
To use a numeric range to refine the data:
- From the drop-down list,
select whether to define a range:
- Between two values
(the default)
- Greater than a value
- Less than a value
- To specify the value or
values to use, either:
- Enter the values in
the fields
- Use the histogram
slider bar to set the values.
- Click
Submit.
Selecting a date range
To use a date range to refine the data:
- From the drop-down list,
select whether to define a range:
- Between two dates (the
default)
- Before a specified
date
- After a specified date
- To specify the values to
use, either:
- Enter the values in
the fields
- Use the date picker to
set the dates
- Use the histogram
slider bar to set the values.
- Click
Submit.
Selecting a time range
To use a time range to refine the data:
- From the drop-down list,
select whether to define a range:
- Between two times (the
default)
- Before a specified
time
- After a specified time
- To specify the values to
use, either:
- Enter the time values
in the fields, using either the displayed format (for example, 9:00 am or 1:00
pm) or 24-hour format (for example, 09:00 or 13:00).
- Use the histogram
slider bar to set the values.
- Click
Submit.
Selecting a duration range
To use a duration range to refine the data:
- From the drop-down list,
select whether to define a range:
- Between two duration
values (the default)
- Shorter than a
specified duration
- Longer than a
specified duration
- To specify the duration
values to use, either:
- Enter the duration
values in the fields.
- Use the histogram
slider bar to set the values.
- Click
Submit.
