The middle tier represents the Online Mediation Controller RADIUS authentication and authorization actor. The top tier represents both the BRM and ECE online charging systems that Online Mediation Controller connects to for RADIUS authentication. Two-way arrows connect each tier representing the flow of traffic between the tiers.
