This figure shows the various components that the Policy Controller interacts with. Within Service Broker the Policy Controller interacts with the Subscriber Profile Repository. Policy Controller also interacts with an external AF (application function) P-CSCF over Rx, a BBERF (Bearer Binding and Event Reporting Function) over Gxx inside an IP-CAN Gateway, a PCEF over Gx inside a PDN Gateway, and an OCS (online charging system) over Sy.
