You can preview topics with content, web pages, or Outline/Sections in any of the following document formats: 

• System Process
     
• Job Aid
   
• Training Guide
   
• Instructor Manual
   
• Test Document
   
• Test Results
   
• Presentation

Each of these preview options appears below the Player modes on the Preview list. When you choose one of these options, the document appears in Microsoft Word, Adobe Acrobat, or an HTML Web Page, depending on the options you selected for the format you are previewing. If you choose Presentation format, the document appears in Microsoft PowerPoint. If more than one output format is chosen, the last item in the list (HTML Web Page) is used.

Note: Not all of these publishing styles are available in the Web Page Editor, Outline Editor, or Library. An error is generated when a publishing style is selected from an editor or view that is not compatible.
