Use this page to configure the following general Developer default settings:
Image Editor: Use this option to specify the program used to edit topic frame screenshots. The image editor that you configure here is launched when you use the Edit Screenshot command from editable frames in the Topic Editor. You can enter the full path of your image editor, or you can use the Browse button to select the executable file.
Package HTML Editor: Use this option to specify the editor used to edit HTML files in a package. By default, the Developer's built in HTML editor is used but you can also set this option to use your system's default HTML editor or you can set another HTML editor of your choice.
Do Not Ask Again:There are several dialog boxes in the Developer that display a Do Not Ask Me Again option that allows you to suppress their display. Use this option to reset all dialog boxes that provide this option to the original installation defaults.
Additional Help Links:Use this option to add additional links on the Help menu. For example, you could add a link to an online documentation library. Enter the name of the link in the Name field. This is what displays on the Help menu just above the About link. Enter the URL of the link in the URL field. Keyboard shortcuts are assigned automatically based on availability.
Note: These additional help links are not included as part of the Content Defaults upon export but are preserved during upgrades to subsequent service packs and releases.
