customize_Player

You can customize the look of the Player search pane. For example, if you want to change the background color of the search area, find the .tocSearchColor element and change the color value.

The search.jpg graphic shows customizable elements in the search and toc areas of the Outline pane on the left side of the Player. Customizations include search and clear search icons, outline background color, selected outline item and view outline links and the background color of the search results.

The following images can be copied from the Customizable images folder in the Player style. The elements can be copied from the custom.css in the Player style unless otherwised noted.

1 Search icon (searchbtn.gif): Use this to customize the Search icon (default is 23x21 pixels).
2 Clear/Show Outline icon (clear.gif): Use this to customize the Clear/Show Outline icon (default is 23x21 pixels).
3 View outline (.treeControlNode): Use this to customize the font and color of the View filtered outline link in the Outline pane.
4 Search results background (.TocFrameText): Use this to change the background color of the search results area of the Outline pane.
5 Search background (.TocSearchColor): Use this to change the background color of the search field on the Outline pane.
