If multiple content authors are working on the same content that requires consistent output, your content administrator may create a "master" set of Content Default options (.ops file) that can be imported by each content author.

To import content defaults:

1. On the Name Your Topic page, click the Import Content Defaults link.
    
2. Browse to where the .ops file is stored.
    
3. Select the file and click Open.
