Links to a URL can appear in several locations in the content. Listed below are the locations where you can create these links and the methods for linking them.
Create link in the Concept pane, and select URL in the Link to pane. See Link an Attachment as a Concept: Outline Editor in the Link Attachments section of the Work with Attachments chapter.
