Single Sign On Services That CRM Desktop SSO Supports

Predefined CRM Desktop SSO supports the following Web single sign on services:

• Oracle Identity Management
• IBM Tivoli
• Computer Associates Siteminder

CRM Desktop can be customized to support other SSO authorities.
