The figure shows the create cache group dialog. The cache group attributes tab is selected. There are owner and name fields. Under these fields is the Type field with choices Global and Dynamic. Below the type field are the cache group types. The available cache group types are Readonly, Asynchronous Writethrough, Synchronous Writethrough, and User Managed.
