Setting Up Approval Process Definitions

Approval process definitions define the steps that must be followed to approve a transaction, and the approvers for each step.

To define approval processes, use the Process (EOAW_PRCS) component.

Criteria Definition	EOAW_CRITERIA	Click the Definition Criteria link on the Setup Process Definitions page. Click the Alert Criteria link on the Setup Process Definitions page. Click the Criteria link from the Setup Process Definitions page in the Path section. Click the Criteria link from the Setup Process Definitions page in the Steps section.	Define criteria for activating a stage, path, or step.
Approval Path Definition	EOAW_PATH_SEC	Click the Details link within the Paths group box on the Setup Process Definitions page.	Define the details of a specific approval path.
Approval Step Definition	EOAW_STEP_SEC	Click the select Details link within the Steps group box on the Setup Process Definitions page.	Define the details of a specific step in an approval path.
