If you plan to install Web Services, you must download the wsdl4j-1.6.2.jar on your machine.

To download the jar:

1. Go to http://mirrors.ibiblio.org/pub/mirrors/maven2/wsdl4j/wsdl4j/1.6.2/.
2. Select the wsdl4j-1.6.2.jar.
3. Save the file to your machine.
4. Note the location where you save the jar file.
