Setting Work Hours Per Time Period for Global Calendars
 Configure the work hours per time period settings to specify the default number of hours in a work period for a calendar.
 
 To set the number of work hours for each time period:
 
 - Click the Administer 
 menu and select Enterprise Data. 
 
 - In the Enterprise Data pane, expand Global and click Global Calendars.
 
 
 - On the Global Calendars page:
 - Click on the calendar you want to modify.
 
 
 - Click 
 Edit Hours Per Period. 
 
 
 
 - In the Set Time Periods dialog box, click and type an hour value in each field, and then click OK.
 
 
 - Click 
 Save (Ctrl+S).
