Adding or Updating the P6 EPPM Web Services Connection Information for the P6 EPPM IT Resource

To add or update the P6 EPPM Web Services connection information:

1. Launch a web browser and open the OIM Administrative and User Console.
2. Expand Resource Management and select Manage IT Resource.
3. Select Search to see the available IT Resources.
4. Locate Primavera P6 EPPM IT Resource and select Edit.
5. Add the valid parameters for the P6 EPPM Web Services installation and select update.

   For example, if the Web Services URL is http://server:8080/p6ws/services with a default user name/password of 'admin,' then:

   Note: The following are examples, not defaults. Use the user name, password, and URL you created when you installed P6 EPPM Web Services.

   • In the Protocol field, enter http.
   • In the Admin User Password field, enter admin.
   • In the Host Name field, enter server.
   • In the Port field, enter 8080.
   • In the Admin User Name field, enter admin.
