Deploying Jars if Using WebSphere 8.5

If you are using WebSphere 8.5, you will need to do the following before you deploy P6 Progress Reporter:

1. Login to the WebSphere Administrative Console.
2. From the Administrative Console’s left-hand navigation pane, expand Environment and click the Shared libraries link.
3. In the Scope section, select Cell= cell name.
4. In the table at the bottom of the screen, click the New button.
5. On the General Properties screen:
   1. In the Name field, enter prlibs.
   2. In the Classpath field, enter the absolute path of asm-1.5.3.jar and cglib-2.1_3.jar. Their default location will be the P6 Progress Reporter home folder you specified when you installed P6 EPPM. For example: C:\P6EPPM_1\pr.
   3. Select the Use an isolated class loader for this shared library setting.
   4. Click Apply and Save to Master Configuration.
6. Restart WebSphere appserver.
