The Administration Console
Management APIs
The WebLogic Scripting Tool and other command-line tools
The Policy Distribution Component (The Policy Distributor)
The Policy Distributor, the WLST and other tools, including the Administration Console make changes through the Authorization Management API (MAPI). The MAPI is a policy store provider in OPSS.
