This figure shows a multitenant access scenario:

OAAM is used by CSRs, Security Agent, and Security Administrator. Access to features of OAAM depends on their role.
The online banking application is partitioned so that it appears to be different for each customer.
The URLs are mapped to an Application ID which is mapped to an Organization ID. Each CSR belongs to an Organization ID and can only access cases for that Organization ID.
