This image is a screen capture that shows the Service Pack Compliance Report Creation Wizard. The Specify Report Parameters page appears. The page has fields for the report name and description. Radio buttons are available for the status, either Compliant or Not Compliant. The Services menu is expanded to show seven possible service packs to use as a comparison. The services listed are: OEL_5_AMD64, Updates 1 through 7.
