The image is a screen capture of Step 3 of the Create Profile-Discovery wizard. Both sections, iSCSI and NFS, are enabled. In each section, the Access Host field contains the same IP address. The default Access Port for iSCSI is 3260. The default Access Port for NFS is 2049. For iSCSI, the Plugin Specific Information field contains OC-iSCSI and oC-iSCSI-Target, as directed in the inline text.
