The image is a screen capture of Step 6 of the Create Network wizard, which consists of a target selector box: a list of Proxy Controllers and an empty list of Proxy Controllers assigned to the new network. A left button controls moving a selected Proxy Controller from one list to the other list. A right button removes a Proxy Controller from the network.
