This image is a screenshot of Identify Profile step of Create Profile - OS Provisioning wizard. The step provides the fields to provide a name and description for the profile. There are different types of Subtypes available for the provisioning profile to be created. The Oracle VM Server for SPARC is selected in the Subtype.
