This ReadMe accompanies the following Oracle products for Oracle Solaris SPARC, IBM AIX, Microsoft Windows, and Linux x86 operating systems.

Documaker Document Factory: A workflow-enabled, database-centric solution for electronic document automation that utilizes core Documaker functionality to provide a managed publishing system. It includes two web-based and thin-client applications: Documaker Administrator and Documaker Dashboard that provide system control and insight.
Documaker Interactive: A web-based application that enables users to quickly and interactively create and assemble consistently branded and compliant correspondence leveraging accelerators as pre-configured workflow with role based approvals and pre-built industry content.

Note:

When a user updates the Document ID, the updated ID will not display in the Preview PDF on My Assignment tab. Only after re-logging, the updated Document ID will be displayed in Preview PDF.
The application is not resetting the values to older values in the Documaker Administrator Preferences Dialog.

16702660 This patch fixes an issue that can occur when using the GroupBegin rule along with the GroupPagination function. In some cases, if the section is split, and it does not belong to any groups, its coordinates may be incorrectly shifted.

16901064 This patch corrects a problem where the font information from a previous field may override the font information for the current field during XML import.

16926231 This patch corrects a problem where bypass checking on next page available space in GroupPagination for some legacy MRL where headers are listed after footers.

16803658 This patch adds support for tabs from multi-line text fields to be included in the XML export/import process.

17321824 This patch corrects a problem in which the LBYPROC utility, when run with an ADD script, did not correctly parse the input file name. When the input file name is a long name (e.g. Q1ADDR_0000100001_19800101.FAP), LBYPROC will now parse the resource name, version, revision, and effective date from this long name and use those values when adding the resource to the library.

17382321 This patch allows the use of an alternate method when converting a PDF to a bitmap. It also allows for the specification of the conversion color depth (24 - the previous default, 8 - the current default, or 1) when converting TIFs, PDFs and other supported formats.

17312471 This corrects a problem with the dmres sample resources supplied with the Oracle Documaker Enterprise Edition installation. In these resources, the rel121.fxr file was missing references to the PDF417 and 2D Data Matrix fonts. These are shipped and in the rel121.fxr file in the fmres\deflib but were missing from the sample set provided.

16191297 The README.TXT file supplied inside the jaxws-client.zip was having invalid URL for Metro 2.0 jar files and missing URL for JAX-WS. The valid URLs have been added to the README.TXT file. A general note is added mentioning to the users that the specified URLs might be changed in future.

14367756 This patch corrects a pagination/section placement issue that can occur when using sub forms with a non-'same page' section defined in the body of the sub form.

17312346 This patch adds support for an occurrence search method for DAL to find the logical occurrence rather than physical occurrence of an object - such as a form or a section. An example of the existing search: sectionname\2. This would find the second physical occurrence of the section "sectionname". However, this could be referencing the second page of a multi-page section. The new search method: sectionname\#2 will always find the second logical occurrence of "sectionname", so if the first occurrence happens to be a multi-page section, we would locate the second logical occurrence of the section with that name.

17312411 When using the SetLocale transaction level rule to override the default language setting, fields mapped via the AnyToAny rule were generating a result using the default locale instead.

17312497 This patch prevents a crash when the Xerox print driver was incorrectly configured to use the MultiFilePrint option. Note, this option is not supported for Xerox output.

15857511 This patch corrects a potential section triggering issue that can occur with nested sub forms when the nested sub forms have the exact same internal (dummy) image name. This could happen if the nested sub form was created from the calling sub form.

16403930 This patch corrects an issue where data entered into a multi-line text field does not flow correctly between pages. The issue can occur when the field was split between pages by the RP rule CanSplitImage.

15886284 This patch corrects a potential looping condition that can occur when using nested sub forms with a number of empty sub forms (only header and footer sections, no detail sections).

17051240 This patch addresses an error in Print Type EPT on Linux. Previously, the print file would fail to attach to the mail message and the error generated would be "EPT: Failed to send the email out!".
