Document Details – Audit Trail Tab

The Audit Trail tab of the Document Detail display information about distributed documents.

It allows you to view the history of a document.

This tab includes the following fields:

the Document ID
Modify Time – the date and time the document was last modified
the Action that a user last performed on a document
the Type of document
the Typist - the original Drafter of the document
Originator – the person who created the document
a Description of the document
Create Time – the date and time that the document was created
the Current Group assigned to the document
