Previewing a Document or Form

Drafters and Approvers can preview a document or form using a PDF viewer to see the contents of the document.

To preview a document or form

  1. Select a document or form to preview.
  2. Click the Preview button Preview document, or select Actions > Preview.

The document opens in PDF format.
