Document Details – Properties

The Properties tab of the Document Detail displays general properties about the selected document including:

the Document ID (the ID number of the document )
the User who created the document
the Group that the User belongs to
the Document Type
the Drafter of the document
the document's Status
From Group – the name of the group who created the document (optional)
From Time – the time at which the document was internally sent from one user to another (optional)
From User – the previous owner of the document
Routing Description – a explanation of why the document was routed
