nsslapd-mode

database index file permissions

Description

Specifies the permissions used for newly created index files.

Entry DN

cn=config,cn=ldbm database,cn=plugins,cn=config

Valid Range

Any four-digit octal number. However, mode 0600 is recommended. This allows read and write access for the owner of the index files, which is the server user, and no access for other users.

0600
