Description

Specifies the number of seconds that must elapse betweenpassword modifications. Use this attribute with the passwordInHistory attribute to prevent users from quickly cycling through passwords so they can use their old passwords again. The default value, 0, indicates that the user can change the password again immediately after updating the password. The valid range of this attribute is from 0 to 2147472000 seconds, which is 24855 days.
