11.1 Migrating Custom CAVS Definitions

To migrate any custom CAVS definitions:

  1. Log in to the Oracle AIA Console for AIA 2.4 or 2.5.

  2. Select the Validation System tab. Click the Definitions link. The Definitions page displays.

  3. Select the definitions to migrate and click the Export button to export the CAVS definitions into an XML file.

  4. Log in to the AIA Home Page for 11g Release 1: http://<host>:<port>/AIA. In the Composite Application Validation System area, click the Go button.

  5. The Definitions page displays. Click the Import button and import the CAVS definitions exported in Step 3.

For more information about the export and import features in CAVS, see "Exporting and Importing CAVS Definitions and Instances" in Oracle Fusion Middleware Infrastructure Components and Utilities User's Guide for Oracle Application Integration Architecture Foundation Pack.
