Roadmap for Migrating Oracle Self-Service E-Billing Version 6.0.x to Version 6.2

This topic describes the tasks necessary to migrate from Oracle Self-Service E-Billing version 6.0.x to Oracle Self-Service E-Billing version 6.2.

To migrate to Oracle Self-Service E-Billing version 6.2, perform the following tasks and processes:

1. Make a full backup of your current Oracle Self-Service E-Billing database.

2. Start the database instance that accesses the database you are upgrading. Check the status of all user objects. If any of them indicate an INVALID status, then contact the database administrator to correct this problem.

3. Have any existing Oracle Self-Service E-Billing database passwords available.

   Check with your database administrator.
