Unsealing Projects

Design Studio projects can be sealed to prevent changes to the project data. If you intend to make changes to a sealed project, you must first unseal the project.

Note:

Oracle technology packs are sealed when you import them into Design Studio and are supported by Oracle only as long as the technology pack remains sealed. Oracle recommends that you extend technology packs without unsealing their projects.

To unseal a project:

In the Studio Projects view, double-click a Project entity for the project that you want to unseal.

The Project entity opens in the Project editor.
Click the Properties tab.
Click Unseal.

Important:
Before unsealing a project, carefully consider the terms of the license agreement.
Click OK.

Design Studio unseals the project and automatically initiates a build.
