This figure shows the following flow of detection in A I A for order fallout.

1. A I A Generic, the 3rd party fulfillment system, the 3rd party provisioning system, or B R M identify an order failure.

2. A I A A B C prepares a B R M A B C order failure notification for a BRM order failure or prepares a 3rd party order failure notification for an 3rd party fulfillment or provisioning system order failure.

3. A I A Generic prepares an order failure notification for an order failure identified within it's own system.

4. A I A Error Handling detects the error notifications and prepares a stamped enhanced fault message with correlation ID for all the order failure notifications.

5. O F M E H Listener initiates the process to create a trouble ticket.

6. Siebel C R M creates a trouble ticket.
