O S M Provisioning produces a line Item update status, which is sent to A I A Error Handling.
A I A Error Handling sends the error to O S M C F S where Fallout Orders are managed and a trouble ticket for Failed Orders is created. A trouble ticket is created in A I A and in Siebel C R M.
O S M C F S manages the fallout and depending on the resolution, A I A will update the order and status and activate billing in B R M.
