Fusion Middleware runs CommsProcessFulfillmentOrderBillingAccountE B F, and CommsProcessBillingAccount ListsE B F to order and process billing account information and query the customer party list.

Fusion Middleware syncs the billing information and customer party list with B R M.

In B R M, the new account and/or bill profile is created, and the paying parent information is set or changed.
