The B R M administrator disables real-time product sync, then creates billing products and billing discounts, commits them in B R M and runs the batch utility, which synchronizes with Siebel.

The Siebel administrator user the billing products and billing services from the batch to create service bundles and promotions which are then available to the customer for purchase.
