This figure shows how updates to billing products and billing discounts are synchronized with Siebel in real-time.

Billing products and billing discounts are updated and committed in B R M, then synchronized with Siebel.

The Siebel administrator uses the updated billing products and billing discounts to create and update service bundles, create and updates promotions, and add or update penalty products on the promotions.

The customer can then purchase or upgrade to the new promotion.
