Image okv_14a.png shows the middle of the Post-Install Configuration window. From top to bottom are the following components:

The Audit Manager pane, with from left to right, the New User, Same as Key Administrator, and Same as System Administrator options. Following these three options are, from top to bottom, the Audit Manager field, the Password field (and to the right, a Re-enter Password field), the Full Name field, and the Email field.
The Recovery Passphrase pane, with the following text:

The Recovery Passphrase allows for emergency recovery in two situations:

When one or more of the administrative roles cannot be used because it is not granted to any valid user account, authentication with the Recovery Passphrase is required to return to this screen to create new user accounts for each administrative role.

When the Key Vault server must be restored from a previous backup file, the Recovery Passphrase is required to decrypt the backup file.
