Image okv_vm_008.png contains the following components, from left to right, top to bottom:
On the left, from top to bottom, is an Oracle middleware configuration connected to an Oracle database.
From the middleware and database servers, the application encryption, network encryption, secure external password store (SEPS), and features such as TDE, Data Pump, RMAN, Oracle Secure Backup, and Automatic Storage Management Cluster File System communicate to Key Vault, to upload or download Oracle wallets over an SSL or TLS connection.
On the right, Key Vault is configured for standby (also called failover) and is the primary node. It stores the contents of wallets and keystores, using groups if necessary.
