EnterpriseTrack periodically sends out informational and warning emails to its users. As the System Administrator, you can manage the To, CC and Bcc list as well as the subject of each of these emails. These settings can be over-written at the project level by users with the appropriate permissions.
To manage notifications:
Click the Application Configuration tab.
Select the Notifications link. You will see the list of Email notifications that have been configured for each Email group in your system.
Click the Edit link in the Action column of the appropriate Email Notification.
On the Edit Email page, select the check box to enable the notification. Uncheck the box to disable it.
To modify the To, CC and Bcc addresses, click in the appropriate field and select the roles from the Email list menu on the right. You can select multiple entries by holding down the Ctrl key on your keyboard. You can also select the roles one at a time; just separate the values with a comma.
To edit the Email subject, type the required text in the field.
