EnterpriseTrack allows you to filter almost all lists based on multiple selection criteria. Ideas, Proposals, Projects, Phases, Deliverables, Tasks, Knowledge base documents, Tool templates, Dashboards, etc. have filters that can be used to narrow down the items listed on a specific page.
To use the filters:

button to expand the filter categories. You can select the Collapse All
button to collapse the list. The filter list is either expanded or collapsed based on the settings selected by your Administrator.Notes:
button next to the sub-sections on the Advanced Search page to view all the fields that are available to you.
button to hide the fields that are not required and maximize your on-screen real estate.
