Working with Global Documents

EnterpriseTrack allows you to maintain a global knowledge base of documents to aid in project execution. Global documents can also be used to capture learning and share knowledge across projects. A large number of document types are supported including MS Word, MS Excel, PDF, MS PowerPoint etc.

In installations with multiple initiatives on the same system, you may be able to filter the list of documents by initiative.   

Select the initiatives you want to view and click the Go button.

Users can download any document by clicking on its file name. Authorized users can update a document by clicking on its description.

You can quickly locate documents or templates by using filters.
