EnterpriseTrack has a comprehensive reports package to cater to the needs of different types of users.
In installations with multiple initiatives on the same system, you can view cross-initiative reports as well as reports for each of the initiatives in the system. You will be prompted to select the initiative for the report you are running. To access the global reports, click on Reports > Standard from the Left Navigation bar, or by selecting Go To > Reports > Standard from the Top Navigation bar.
My Reports
These are reports that have been created by you. You can modify, share, schedule and email these reports.
Shared Reports
These are user created reports that have been shared by the creator of the report for use by one or more users. Project confidentiality settings are carried over into the shared reports. This means that only those projects that a user is allowed to view and work with will be included in the output data.
Pre-defined Reports
In the pre-defined reports folder, the reports are organized into the following folders.
For your convenience, there is also an All Reports folder from where you can view all the pre-defined reports in the system. Remember that these are just different ways of organizing the same information. i.e., the same report can be accessed from multiple folders.
These are high level lists about Ideas, Proposals, Projects and user from where you can drill down to view greater details.
User reports provide human resource departments with information that is useful for tracking and managing users and their skill sets and levels of training.
These reports display timesheet information by project and by user.
Custom Reports
These are reports that are customized for your system. The Custom Reports link will be displayed only if there are any custom reports configured for your system.
