Fixed issues

The following customer reported issues have been fixed in this release. If an IR you submitted is not listed here, it may have been resolved if its problem description matches one listed below. Please review the problem descriptions.

Component

Fixed Issue

Description

Issue ID: 200788

Internal CR#: 188186

Problem: There are LSR 6 documentation errors in the E-Fix Readme and Release Notes.

Resolution: BEA instructions were added to the LSR 6.8 efix header.

Issue ID: 204298,204670

Internal CR#: 206612

Problem: When performing an exportLSR, the LSLoopConInfos structure is populated with blank values. The customer wants the structure to be exported only when it contains data.

Resolution: When performing an exportLSR, if the LSLoopConInfos structure contains data it will be exported, otherwise the LSLoopConInfos structure will not be exported.

Issue ID: 207727

Internal CR#: 208106

Problem: The DIRQTY field is unable to be populated with numeric data.

Resolution: A new pattern was introduced to accept only numeric data for the DIRQTY field.

Issue ID: 207661

Internal CR#: 229563

Problem: The LNA field no longer defaults in LSR 6.

Resolution: The LNA field will now be auto populated with the value 'N'.

Issue ID: 208162

Internal CR#: 230118

Problem: On the Loop Service Detail window, when ALPHA characters are re-entered after initial entry on the CCEA field, the cursor jumps to the end.

Resolution: The code was modified such that the cursor will not move to the end, which allows the user to enter alpha numeric characters at the required position in the CCEA field.

Issue ID: 229594

Internal CR#: 230487

Problem: LSR Preview is not displayed properly. The PON Field value overlaps with the VER field, and data is extended to multiple pages.

Resolution: The column width for PON was increased. Rows are now aligned properly and page numbers are displaying in the proper sequence. Please refer the Print Preview Test Cases document.

Issue ID: 231309

Internal CR#: 231445

Problem: The NPORD field is not long enough and users have to scroll to see all of the data.

Resolution: The NPORD field length has been extended and users can now see all of the data in the field without scrolling.

Issue ID: 202135

Internal CR#: 231803

Problem: Validation is not picking up missing Number Port Details when using New From. This is what happens: Create a Number Port order using the New From command. Validate the LSR on the Admin page. Receive 'Do you want to generate tasks?' response window. Cancel out of response. Click on the Number Port List. NPQTY is filled in, however, Number Port Details are missing. No error is received indicating that the information is missing until the LSR is rejected from the LEC.

Resolution: A validation will now be thrown for not picking up missing Number Port Details when using New From.

Issue ID: 231814

Internal CR#: 234481

Problem: When coming from the RCONF task, an LSR can be edited and saved without SUPPING the order. This should not be allowed to happen because the user preference 'LSR View Only After Tasks Generated' is set to 'Y'.

Resolution: When coming from the RCONF task, LSR forms will be 'View Only' when the user preference 'LSR Viewonly after Tasks Generated' is set to 'Y'.

Issue ID: 234404

Internal CR#: 234667

Problem: PSR to LSR Mapping functionality does not work with existing phone lines.

Resolution: This enhancement provides the PSR to LSR Mapping functionality on existing phone lines for the following:

1. MAPLSRPORT child item can be added to existing phone line.

2. MAPLINEDIR child item can be added to the existing phone line.

3. MAPLSRPORT and MAPLINEDIR can be added to the existing phone line.

4. MAPLINEDIR can be added to the existing phone line that already has the MAPLSRPORT as a child.

Issue ID: 235950

Internal CR#: 236058

Problem: On the Location and Access Detail page, changes to the ACC field do not get saved.

Resolution: The code was fixed such that changes to ACC field on the Location and Access Detail page will now be saved.

Issue ID: 231308

Internal CR#: 239809

Problem: The application requires the user to perform a save or validate to display LR Details. This is time consuming and requires additional clicks that should not be necessary in order to see the LR Details.

Resolution: A Detail List hyper link is now available on the LR Section. Now, when an LR is imported through SProcket or any other third party tool, the user can get to the LR Details without having to save or validate.

Issue ID: 239967

Internal CR#: 240049

Problem: The Jack Info fields won't save.

Resolution: The code was fixed.  The Jack Info fields will now be saved, and loaded in the LSR.

Issue ID: 239396

Internal CR#: 240548

Problem: In LSR 6, the extra telephone number validation on ATN prevents the upgrade of LSOG 5 orders.

Resolution: For LSR orders that are upgraded from LSR5 to LSR6, the application will not produce a validation error even if the ATN field in LSRAdminForm is populated with NPA alone.

Issue ID: 241005

Internal CR#: 241980

Problem: When an LSR is imported, the error message 'Value larger than specified precision allows for this column.' is displayed, but it does not specify WHICH column. This message needs to be more specific and indicate which field is causing the problem.

Resolution: The field causing the problem was DLQTYR. It's precision is 3 and it is crossing that threshold when importing the LR. The Error message for the column was implemented for the DLQTYR field.
