Oracle Providers for ASP.NET requires the following:
Microsoft ASP.NET
Oracle Providers for ASP.NET 2.0 is supported with ASP.NET for .NET Framework 3.5 Service Pack 1 and higher
Oracle Providers for ASP.NET 4 is supported with ASP.NET for .NET Framework 4 and higher
Windows operating system
32-bit: Windows 7 (Professional, Enterprise, and Ultimate Editions), Windows Server 2008 (Standard, Enterprise, Datacenter, Web, and Foundation Editions), and Windows 8 (Pro and Enterprise Editions).
Oracle supports 32-bit Oracle Providers for ASP.NET on x86, AMD64, and Intel EM64T processors on these operating systems.
x64: Windows 7 x64 (Professional, Enterprise, and Ultimate Editions), Windows Server 2008 R2 x64 (Standard, Enterprise, Datacenter, Web, and Foundation Editions), Windows Server 2008 x64 (Standard, Enterprise, Datacenter, Web, and Foundation Editions), Windows 8 x64 (Pro and Enterprise Editions), and Windows Server 2012 x64 (Standard, Datacenter, Essentials, and Foundation Editions).
Oracle supports 32-bit Oracle Providers for ASP.NET and 64-bit Oracle Providers for ASP.NET for Windows x64 on these operating systems.
Access to Oracle Database 10g Release 2 or later.
Oracle Data Provider for .NET, Unmanaged Driver and Oracle Client (installed with Oracle Providers for ASP.NET software). You must use the same version of the ODP.NET and Oracle Client with Oracle Providers for ASP.NET. For example, if you use Oracle Providers for ASP.NET version 11.2, you should use ODP.NET and Oracle Client versions 11.2 as well.
Oracle Providers for ASP.NET 2.0 depends on Oracle Data Provider for .NET 2.0
Oracle Providers for ASP.NET 4 depends on Oracle Data Provider for .NET 4

Oracle Data Provider for .NET, Managed Driver does not support Oracle Providers for ASP.NET
