CSMAC.STRING

Generates a MAC string for any string with a specific store's current key.

Syntax

<CSMAC.STRING 
      VALUE="stringval" 
      STOREID="storeid"
      VARNAME="stringvar"/>

Parameters

VALUE (required)

Input parameter. String from which the MAC should be calculated.

STOREID (required)

Input parameter. Identifier of the Transact store whose secret key is used to generate the MAC.

VARNAME (required)

Input and output parameter. Name of a variable to write to with the MAC string of the form "MAC:kid=storeID.keyID". For example, with a value of name1=val1 and storeID of 400003, the following could be returned (depending on current key values):

"Ha3857e21f48349086c5523843495550c:kid=400003.4"
