The New Metadata Dialog

Use the New Metadata dialog to create a metadata resource.

This dialog contains the Name of the metadata item. This Name cannot include the following characters: ; \ | =

• If you enter an invalid character, a yellow triangle is displayed next to the name; hover your cursor over the triangle to view a message that indicates the invalid character
