Add Forms Dialog

Use the Add Forms dialog when adding forms to a document to search your database of existing forms and then add selected ones to your document or to your list of favorite forms.

  1. Perform a search.

The forms matching your search criteria are displayed in the table.

  1. To view the contents of a form, click the Preview button Preview document. The form is displayed in a PDF viewer.

In the table, you can also click and drag a column to move it, and sort the results by column value.

  1. To add forms to the document, select one or more forms, then click Add.
  2. To add forms from the table to your list of Favorite Forms, select one or more forms, then click Add to Favorites.
