Document Details – Distribution Tab

The Distribution tab of the Document Detail includes the information about the distribution of the document, and also allows you to preview and download the related files.

This tab includes the following columns:

• Download - click to download the document
• Preview - if the document is a PDF, click to preview it; if the document is not a PDF, you can choose to open or save it
• the distribution Status
• the addressee's Name
• the addressee's distribution Type (Primary or Secondary)
• the addressee's Role
• the Distribution method
• the Recipient class

From this tab, you can use the View menu to:

• display and hide columns
• reorder columns
• perform a query by example

You can also:

• perform a query by example by clicking

• detach the Attachments table by clicking
• refresh the view by clicking to the right of the Document Detail header
