Document Navigation Pane

You can use the document navigation pane in the Document sub-tab when editing document data.

This navigation pane displays the structure of the form using a tree-like interface.

Section Icons

• a red X indicates a form that is missing required field data
• a green checkmark indicates a form that has all the required field data, or does not require any field data

Expanding and Collapsing

You can expand and collapse the forms within a document:

• to expand a form: double-click the form name or click + beside the form name
• to collapse a form: double-click the form name or click - beside the formname
• to collapse the entire document: right-click within the pane and select Collapse.

Displaying Pages

You can quickly "jump" to a particular page in the form:

• to display the first page in a section, click the section name
• to display a specific page, click a Page

Checking Required Fields

To check that the fields of the form contain all the required data, right-click within the navigation pane and select Check Required Fields.
