Job Details and Transaction Search Results Columns
The available columns for job details and transaction search results are:
- Action – the most recent activity performed on the transaction
- Approval – a description of the approval state
- Assembly Line (transaction search results only) – the assembly line of the transaction; click the assembly line name to view assembly line details
- Code – the error code
- Created – the date and time that the transaction was created
- Description – a description of the transaction
- Group – the transaction owner’s user group
- Historical – indicates whether the transaction has been moved to a historical table
- Job – the JobID; in the transaction search results, click an ID to view the job details
- Key ID – a transaction reference ID
- Key 1, Key 2, Key 3 – additional transaction reference classification IDs
- Locked – a padlock icon
indicates the transaction is locked
- Log – click
to view the log details
- Name – the name of the entity which the transaction applies to
- Modified – the date and time at which the job transaction was most recently updated
- Owner – the user who initiated the transaction
- Process – the process in which the most transaction activity occurred
- Reason – the reason why the transaction was rejected and distribution was prevented
- Record Type – the record type of the transaction
- Route Description – a reason for rejection or routing the transaction
- State – the processed state of the transaction
- Status – the status of the transaction
- Status Code – the status code of the transaction
- Transaction – the transaction ID; click the ID to view transaction details
- Type – the type of transaction in terms of new business, renewals or endorsements; typically used when processing policy documents in the Document Factory
