Job Details and Transaction Search Results Columns

The available columns for job details and transaction search results are:

• Action – the most recent activity performed on the transaction
• Approval – a description of the approval state
• Assembly Line (transaction search results only) – the assembly line of the transaction; click the assembly line name to view assembly line details
• Code – the error code
• Created – the date and time that the transaction was created
• Description – a description of the transaction
• Group – the transaction owner’s user group
• Historical – indicates whether the transaction has been moved to a historical table
• Job – the JobID; in the transaction search results, click an ID to view the job details
• Key ID – a transaction reference ID
• Key 1, Key 2, Key 3 – additional transaction reference classification IDs
• Locked – a padlock icon indicates the transaction is locked
• Log – click to view the log details
• Name – the name of the entity which the transaction applies to
• Modified – the date and time at which the job transaction was most recently updated
• Owner – the user who initiated the transaction
• Process – the process in which the most transaction activity occurred
• Reason – the reason why the transaction was rejected and distribution was prevented
• Record Type – the record type of the transaction
• Route Description – a reason for rejection or routing the transaction
• State – the processed state of the transaction
• Status – the status of the transaction
• Status Code – the status code of the transaction
• Transaction – the transaction ID; click the ID to view transaction details
• Type – the type of transaction in terms of new business, renewals or endorsements; typically used when processing policy documents in the Document Factory
